Our Website Development Process

1. Listen

Listening to your needs is the most important part of the process. We begin by meeting with you and discussing your business. We find out where your business is today, and where you would like to see your company in the next 5 years.

2. Brainstorm

Next we brainstorm your website and get our creative juices flowing. We research your competition, look through books, listen to music, browse the web, read articles and begin to develop the seeds that will later grow into your new marketing materials. We then develop a plan, sitemap, and estimate for your website.

3. CREATE & Program

This is where the fun begins.. we begin to create your new materials! We sketch, design, find photos, create graphics and present you with sketches. After we get your approval on the design, we begin programming your new website, and dropping in the text you provided.

4. Revise & Develop

We refine your website, change photos, change headlines, and make color changes. We are now making revisions to the programmed version of your website, so you can see the changes as we make them. We also begin adding all the fancy bells and whistles including blogs, forums, eCommerce, Facebook feeds, and any other fun things we have planned for your website.

5. Launch

Here's the moment we have all been waiting for. After we get your final approval, we launch your new website! After the site has launched, we will send you your new email accounts and logins, and a few weeks later you'll get a binder filled with goodies including your keyword research, marketing analysis, and all the files used to create your website along with a full backup of your website at launch. We also include 1 hour of website maintenance so we can make some last minute changes to your website.
